No vaccination records! now what? Pls Help

Hi Everybody,

My petition for my k1 fiance visa got approved but I didnt received the package yet. I was looking on the inernet which documents I need to have ready. I saw that I need my vaccination records. I don't have my vaccination records anymore. Does someone knows what I have to do? I already contacted the USA embassy in Amsterdam but they weren't really a help at all. They just told me to wait for instructions.

You will go to a medical exam and they will provide you vaccination records, based on shots you receive at it.

Well, you will have to either find them or meet with the embassy assigned doctor at the mandatory appointment to discuss which shots you will need to makeup for not having records.

Can you contact your Huisarts to see if they have any records, if not you need to look up what shots you need and maybe have them don before you go to the medical. It will be cheaper if you can do it through your medical insurance.

I'm a little late to this party, but my fiance is in the same situation. His huisarts has only limited records of his vaccinations because he moved to the Netherlands as a child. What he plans to do is contact the doctor who performs the medical before he schedules it (his info will be in your packet 4, or you can find it right here in the NL portal), get the info of what shots will be required, and then have his huisarts perform the missing ones so that they will cost a bit less. If you wait until you go for your medical they will be expensive, but that's another option!

Thank you for your reply, I called my huisarts right away and send them the information about the vaccinations and I will have to call back tomorrow to see when I can go take my shots!
