Yes, call the Immigrant Visa Unit at the U.S. Embassy Manila and ask them.

By the way, what is the amount of your fiancé's annual current sustained income? What documents did you submit to the Embassy to prove it?

The documents that we submitted for his recent sustained income were all his bank statements, that shows his cash flows, we sent letter stating his capacity to support me, he got his online business transaction thru paypal, we sent his cert of employment as well

Is he self-employed?

Did you submit his 2012 federal income tax return or his 2012 tax transcript?

How about his W-2?

Recent pay stubs?

I dont have...

My sister thought that the refusal which is thr MNXXXX01 must b the case during my interview since they refused issuing visa because of the lack of documents and when we passed/ supply the additional docs that they need thats why I got this case MNLXXX 02 for READY .

Do u think shes right?

Hmmmp im so upset.. I just wish shes right..

sorry to hear that... I hope it's just a mistake on their part and your visa is approved. My fiancee has her interview in two weeks, I have everything ready but I am concerned about one thing. Last two years I worked in Montreal on a work permit and I stopped last month so I decided to stay and help my fiancee getting ready for her interview(hoping that we can go to US together). for the two years that I worked in Canada, I made well over the required income and I have the Tax return(Canada to prove it), I have two cosponsors(Mom and Bro) whom also make well over the required income each.I a decent saving that can last over 6 months but I am worry because I do not have a job yet waiting for me in the us, I have a BS degree in Networking and some Comptia certifications so it would be easy for me to find above the required income for the K1 visa. Any advice?

to get the answers you are looking for you are going to have to make some phone calls to the USCIS. you ask good questions here, however, no one is going to be able to provide the answers you are looking for. Best of luck!
