Just used the visajourney method of finding out whether our NVC packet (with orginal documents) had reached the embassy or not. It looks like it just got to the Mumbai Consulate today (or tomorrow morning if DHL didnt deliver it today). They should update interview dates once all the September interviewee documents come in

05/22/2011 - Married in India
03/03/2012 - Wife moved back to the US
08/03/2012 - Sent I-130 to Chicago Lockbox
08/07/2012 - Chicago Lockbox Received I-130 (NOA1/Priority Date)
08/08/2012 - US Money Order for I-130 fee Cashed
08/15/2012 - I-797C Hard Copy Received (Vermont Service Center)
03/25/2013 - I-130 Approved (NOA2)
04/17/2013 - Found out through Congressman's Office that application was sent to NRC and not NVC

05/17/2013 - Application retrieved from NRC and forwarded by USCIS to NVC

05/22/2013 - NVC confirms case has been received

06/03/2013 - NVC assigns case number

06/04/2013 - Sent DS-3032 Email to NVCInquiry

06/10/2013 - Re-sent DS-3032 Email to NVCInquiry w/ Supervisor Review

Did u create a profile for ur passport delivery in the consulate website? its supposed to be done befr the interview as per the consulate,iv been tryin since days but evrytime it says "request cannot be processed at this time,site administrator has been notified".

vj terminology to know

NOA = notice of action :P

ISO = immigration service officer

NBC = (same as MSC)national benefits center

RFE = request for evidence

yes our intvw is scheduled for sep 05th 11am,dont see it on their website,the list for sep seems shorter than august so hoping that they r goin to update.

by what time should i get to the embassy for a 11am interview?

Ya, looks like they will update the list by end of this month. My interivew is on sep 3rd at 11:00 AM, i am not sure when exactly we have to be there, nothing is mentioned in the interview letter either. I was planning to go an hour before the interivew time.. may be 10:00 ish..

09/17/12 --- I-130 sent to Phoenix mail box
09/20/12 --- NOA1 recieved via e-mail (CSC)
09/27/12 --- NOA1 hardcopy received
01/24/13 --- Called USCIS customer care and found that case was transferred to Local USCIS office (never got notice of it)
03/18/13 --- Submitted E-request as the petition is officially 180 days beyond
03/18/13 --- Tier2 ISO told the petition is at NBC.
04/01/13 --- We received email confirmation abt the E-request that we put in 2 weeks earlier
04/04/13 --- Went for infopass appointment at local office and they approved my petition and sent it to NBC
04/08/13 --- Received NOA2 today (date of NOA2 is 04/04/2013).

NVC Process

04/18/13 --- Called NVC for case number, they told that they got file on 04/15 asked us to call back of 20 business days
04/23/13 --- Called NVC and got the Case number and invoice identification number.

04/24/13 --- Sent DS-3032 by email.

04/29/13 --- Got AOS Fee email from NVC,

04/30/13 --- AOS Fee payment done online.

05/01/13 --- Send AOS documents packet by Fedex.

05/03/13 --- AOS Packet reached NVC.

05/06/13 --- Got Immigrant Visa Application Fee Bill Invoice email from NVC.

05/07/13 --- Packet IV Fee payment done online.

05/08/13 --- Send Packet IV documents by Fedex.

05/10/13 --- Packet IV reached NVC.

06/10/13 --- Got checklist email for i-864.

06/11/13 --- Corrected i-864 reached NVC.

07/01/13 --- Got new checklist again from NVC, but it was mentioned that we meet the min requirement to schedule an interivew, so asked us to

get the corrected i-864 to interview.

07/08/13 --- Got Case Completion email. ( Case completetion date at NVC is 06/28 ).

You will have to call NVC and find out the date they sent out your documents. Then use the method in the post below to find your tracking number. My documents have reached the Consulate.

hey thats fine, dont worry abt it. I was a bit busy lately and did not try to create one.

My interview is on sept 3rd at 11:00 AM, I just tried to create a new login and i got the below error, is this the same you have been seeing since few weeks?

Error: Your request cannot be processed at this time. The site administrator has been alerted.

Hey Preethy,

Here is a work around which i found to login and update the profile.

Few weeks ago i sent an email to Ustraveldocs customer care regarding a doubt abt PCC, i got an auto response to that email with subjectline "Your US Travel Documents Customer Portal username and password is enclosed" ,

which had my username and temporary pwd in it. I just rem'bered that and tried to use it to login and it worked. It asked me to update my password later i updated my profile info with passport details, address etc and got the confirmation too which was asked to be present at the interivew. The thing is, i wanted to see if the passport could be delivered to home address, but they only have the PICKUP option ( read in some posts that we need to pay money at the embassy after interview if we want it to be delivered to home, could be the case).

I hope this helps you, try to send an email to support-india@ustraveldocs.com and see if you get the username and pwd. feel free to ask me any questions you have. Good Luck.
