Hi folks,

I sent I-130 for my wife and I have PD of June 6, 2013 as an LPR. Now I am waiting for the Oath ceremony to become a USC.

Will my new PD be June 6 when I upgrade my petition with USCIS?

I hope they dont give me the date when I send the upgrade petition application. More than 2 months will be down the drain.

Anyone has any experience with this?

Thank you for your response. I know the procedure of how to do it. But I asked a different question. I want to know whether my PD will change or not.
