Anyone else gotten their account to check progress locked?

Weird. I tried to sign in today and it claimed my account was locked for logging in with the wrong password too many times. Pretty sure that wasn't me...

So I clicked the button to reset my password and it said no record of my info.

So I tried to make an account with the same info and it said that it was already in use...

So I made another account and added my reciept info again. :-/

Wonder if thats their way of pushing back at me for getting several offices to ask them to try to speed up my K-1. I mean if they are going to make me wait for my lady forever then I'm going to complain of course. :-B

Happen to anyone else?

Same thing happened to me but I was able to reset it and log back in it mentioned something about having to reset your password every 95 days so it could have something to do with that, or of course USCIS just hates us and is maliciously wrecking our accounts to keep us quiet!

95 days... what a joke... Maybe they should actually be that fast if they are going to require password changes that soon

95 days is actually slower than government requirements for password changes, so they're actually being lenient about that

My USCIS account got locked for some reason and whenever I try to reset it, it says my security question I have written is wrong. Can anyone help? How may I change my password?
