Anyone who denies that humans have an impact on the behavior of their animals is a fool.

Nowhere have I denied that pit bulls have a certain temperment that CAN lead to them being violent or aggressive. They absolutely do.

I've seen pit bulls brought into my home who were trained to fight. They were mean and thought the world was their enemy. And I saw them walk out of my home to be happy, well adjusted, social dogs who went on to live long, healthy lives with their owners. Incident-free.

Is that the case for all of them? Unfortunately not.

But again, don't deny the severely negative impact that humans have had on the pit bull breed.

They are exactly what humans bred them to be.

They are perfectly good for the purpose intended.

The problem is when people try to turn them into family pets.

Its like a carpenter trying to use a screw driver to hammer a nail.

use the right tool for the job

Now I have never made any claims what the facts might be but I would bet Blacks are well represented in child molestations too, even with the "No snitching" mind-set.

It could well be that "Nonfamily Child Abductors Who Murder Their Victims" are more often white (beyond their population) in fact I can hardly think of a case where a Black abducted a white kid and killed it, which is why I never believed Susan Smith.
