Well there was a time when stereotypes such as --i always found it odd that when we were young in the south and someone worked you very hard, you might say, he worked us like a bunch of (insert stereotype) . But I don't recall him calling the POTUS the N word nor wishing someone would assassinate him. Now, why would she use the N-word to describe him? You can say you don't like someone without using a racial slur.

No. There are lots of Indians in the UK and I have Indian friends. There is a lot of snobbery between them which I don't experience in Japan thankfully
