My fiancée had her interview today and was approved. She was the last the go and didn't get out of there until around 2pm.

When we set the appointment we choose to have the visa delivered to the 2GO at the mall near her. But when she got to the last window the guy told her that they would deliver it to her home and didn't give her a choose so she was confused by this and didn't dispute it.

Will they change this? I already emailed them asking them to change. What else do we need to do? She is going to try to call them tomorrow.

Call USEM and change your delivery option. That happened to Mike only they have Baguio City as his delivery address when he was from Batangas. They can't explain what happened to me but I told them to make sure they'll send it to the correct address or if you want to pick it up make sure the 2Go branch is an existing one. They gave us the one that has been closed for over a year.

Congrats and good luck!

Congratulations!!

I'm pretty sure they will go by whatever you selected when you set the appointment. I also remember reading that you can go back and change delivery options up to 24 hours after the interview,

Thanks!

We called the number for setting appointments since they were still opened and they said it would be shipped to the correct place, but I still want to check with the Embassy when they open.

How can we tell if the 2GO is still open?

We want it delivered to NCCC Mall in Davao City.

I see it listed here: http://supplychain.2go.com.ph/CustomerSupport/tools/outlets.asp?nav=2&query=NCCC

Congrats!!

At the last window was where she should have been allowed to changed and/or question the delivery instructions. I would suggest contacting the embassy again.

Contacting 2GO won't help with changing delivery as they HAVE TO deliver according to the instructions from USEM, if different delivery is needed the embassy has to handle it.

Yeah, I don't know what she was thinking when she said okay to home delivery. She didn't question the guy and just said okay. Maybe it was because she was there for 9 hours, haha. Or, maybe she misunderstood him. I don't know.

In my mind they should go off of what we put when we scheduled the appointment and only change it if we request them to do so.

I emailed the Embassy and she will call them tomorrow.

Status is Issued! But it's "still with post".

Still not sure where they are mailing it. I emailed the Embassy but they didn't tell me. They just said they forwarded my request to the processing team. When my fiancée called they told her to email about it.

I guess she should get Visa sometime next week since its issued now. Excited!

Embassy emailed me yesterday and they corrected the shipping location.

Today the passport status updated to "Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery".

And when I put the UID from the appointment letter barcode in to 2GO it says they scanned it in a 7:25am on 8/13 and its In-Transit. Has her named spelled correctly and correct address on the 2GO site! I'm think she will get it this week then fly to Atlanta next week!

Anyone else receive Visa in Davao? How long did it take after 2GO got it?

Thanks!

2GO status updated to "LOADED 5J961". I think that is Cebu Pacific Air flight. If so, it will be in Davao at 5:25AM.

Looks like our delay will be her wedding dress, not the Visa.
