No mail in Honduras

I am completing the I-129F for my fiancé and daughters residing in Villanueva, Honduras. My concern is that there is no formal mail service there (ie. she has no mailing address or number on the house). Simply a description of which subdivision (colonia), street, and house color. How will the consulate in Tegulcigulpa contact my fiancé once we get to that point. Another concern is that the blank for her phone number is in a US (10 digit) format. Her number in Honduras is 11 digits. Is it acceptable to write the number outside of the formatted box? Also, I assume the consulate will call her instead of sending mail notification, or am I making the wrong assumption? Anyone out there who has dealt with this situation or specifically Honduras?

#1 you can email the embassy directly they email any forms needed and or instructions.

#2 the number is fine with 11 digits

None of this will be new to the consular people. They'll know how to handle it.

They will email you when she gets scheduled for an interview. I personally send an email to the embassy in Tegucigalpa requesting for my interview date and two weeks after they sent my an email with my interview date.

They are not going to send any mail to your fiance in Honduras.

Most international phone numbers don't conform to the boxes in the phone number line. That box was put in the new version of the I-129F and it is really stupid of them. I'd hand write if you can or put it on a separate sheet.

For the house, put the "address" you have, description and color. They know what to do.
