OK, a little help here please!!!

I am the Petitioner and the US citizen, my I-129F petition as of today it was approved and sent to the NVC and it should be by now in its way to the US consulate in Havana Cuba. My confusion is : I already filed up the online forms (DS-156/DS-156K and DS-157) the ds-156 it shows is valid for 3 more month, But I have all those forms here with me in the US, NOW: What should I do? send all those forms to her in Cuba? Or when I filed online that was enough and the consulate in Havana has them already?

I don't know.... any advise or comments will help.

Thank you.

Hi,

The forms mentioned are to be filled by beneficiary and send prior to interview/brought to the interview (depending on the consulate instructions after your fiance hears from the consulate). After petition I-129f is approved you as a petitioner need to fill and send form I-134 to your fiance together with supporting documents (tax returns,w-2,letter from emploer etc)

If you need more info you can also refer to http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Good luck.

It is not where I breathe but where I love that I live.

You still have a long way to go. When Embassy received your package from NVC, they will send you the Petitioner, Packet 3, which is the list off all form your fiancee will need to file. make sure you read carefully and follow all the instructions.

from there you will know wht to do. you can alson spend more time on this site nd read people stories, it will helps you know what is ahead.

I should it mentioned that my case is been expedite due to special military circumstances. Also, she got already the note from the Havana consulate and she is going the collect the packet this coming week, so she can continue to get the medical done.

But one of you guys mentioned: "The forms mentioned are to be filled by beneficiary and send prior to interview/brought to the interview" (about the DS-156/DS-156K and DS-157 forms). But those forms I found them and filed up online (I did that, in the US, since having internet in Cuba is a crime) SO, what i will like to know is if I should send those forms to her in Cuba, or if it is something that the consulate in Havana will provide?

-thank you-
