I have returned! I couldn't bear watching everyone file while I was still waiting..for those of you who remember, didn't have any pictures of honey and I together..decided to wait until his next visit to take some(he arrives in 10 days!) I have, or have ordered the following:

-Marriage certificate(to prove legality of name change)

-Divorce decree

-All forms required(not going to bother listing them)

-ticket stubs from air travel

-(will have) photos together

-passport copied(as opposed to BC)

-letters of intent(to be done upon his arrival)

-passport style photos(also to be done upon his arrival)

I've got it all I assume?

Evidence looks good, but maybe try and get copies of passport entry/exit stamps too.

Alot of people have gotten RFE's for their fiance's birth certificate, I got an RFE for bank and credit card statement showing purchases / cash withdrawals during the visit to prove I was there.

I remember you! If he has a bank/credit/debit/ATM card it'd be a good idea to have him buy something in your city so his bank statement will show he was with you. Copies of his entry/exit passport stamps would be good, too, as was said. When you take those photos try to get the date in the background somehow, maybe a sign or something.

Oh, here's another idea - are you two gonna stay in a hotel together? If so, get his name on the reciepts as your guest. If you weren't planning on it, and would like to, maybe take a 2 or 3 day trip somewhere and stay in a hotel doing that. It's a good way to get both of your names on something in print.

Noooo, not going to stay in a hotel. I just bought a house and will be entertaining family as well as him as well as the five short people that live with me. I had thought to possibly apply while he's still physically here..then I'll have the I-94 number from his visit as well as proof we were on the same continent.(ha ha)

I'd suggest sending a bit of everything.

Along with what everyone else sent, I also mailed proof that I worked in the city we met (and where my fiance is from) and a letter from a close friend.
