Just sent my packet 3 back to embassy in London and scheduled my medical for the 15th. Does anybody know what happend now, do they send me another form saying my packet 3 information was all correct or do I just send of form saying I have all forms in order and Im ready for interview?

Also read I need Amie to fill in a I-138 form with some other documentation to support this. Could this just be a letter from employer confirming she in on a good salary and is employed?

Cheers

David

Have any idea what the sponsors yearly salary has to be in order for income to be used. i.e does it have to be over 30k 40k per year etc?

The poverty guidelines are not consulate specific. It should be approximately 125% above the poverty line for your household size (which in my case is 2 - myself and my fiance - so I need to be above $16,500).

The guidelines are HERE.

Excellent, so AMie just needs to get proof she is on more than the guidelines for 2 people..

I.e letter off employer stating salary and signed letter off bank with year opened and balance!

So close to the finish yet still so much stress, cannot wait for this to be over
