We jointly filed tax last year but my wife worked only couple of months. Now I am back to F1 and she works. She makes only $10 an hour. She works 40 plus some over time. Can she still sponsor me to adjust status and do I need to send my tax file information too.

On the other hand what should I pick on Part 2 of 485 since my I-130 is pending and i am filing I-485 due to F2A visa being current now.

Thanks

Ghale
