I just wanted to thank everyone who responded to my questions on the forum, sent me emails and helped me walk through this first step. I'm double/triple/quadruple checking everything today, but I feel very confident that all our bases are covered. I entered a realistic NOA1 on my timeline just to get an estimate on when we might get our NOA2, and it's saying November 27. That date would definitely make for a very happy Thanksgiving and Christmas season.

Good luck, I'm hoping to get mine in the mail this week and, fingers crossed, do a christmas/interview trip to Mexico to be with my fiance.
