Jul 10, 2013: Case Transferred from Vermont to Texas Service Center (Text 7/10 - E-mail 7/10)

Jul 13, 2013: Transfer Hard Copy

RFE: "NONE" Thank you Lord.

July 25, 2013: Petition Approved (Text 7/25 ~ Email 7/25)

Aug 01, 2013: NOA2 Hard Copy

Aug 15, 2013: Sent to NVC (Text 8/16 ~ Email 8/16)

Aug 22, 2013: NVC Rec'd and Case Number Assigned Same Day

Aug 26, 2013: "In Transit" Status DOS Site ~ Sent Electronically

Aug 27, 2013: "Ready" Status on DOS site (Rec'd by Consulate) Waiting for Interview Date to be scheduled!

September 3, 2013: Interview Date Assigned "12/10/2013"

I was approved 29th. Still waiting for hard copy. It's probably going to take a few more weeks. Maybe next week.

05/13/2013 Alien number change a email from USCIS

07/29/2013 NOA2 Approval email from USCIS

08/03/2013 NOA2 Hard Copy Recieved

08/16/2013 file sent to NVC

08/19/2013 Called DOS told NVC received file case number given.

08/21/2013 file in transit to London embassy as stated on CEAC website also spoke to DOS to confirm

O9/05/2015 medical appointment

09/06/2013 packet 3 arrived in the mail.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

I got approved on 7/23 and got in mail on 28. However, I got the second one today which has the usps stamp on july 29 ( no idea why i have the second one).

New Journey AOS:

My fiancee came to US on the 8th of March, 2014 under K-1 visa at Newark, NJ Airport for POE.

Applied Social Security Number on the 10 of March, 2014.

Married on the 13th of March, 2014.

Sent I-485, I-765, and I-131 on the 15th of March, 2014.

Received EAD on June 7, 2014.

Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver on July 1, 2014 date 6/27

Contacted Ombudsman on 01/12/2015.

Ombudsman contacted USCIS on 02/20/2015.

Ombudsman sent a follow up to USCIS on 03/18/2015.

I-485 approved on 03/31/2015 ( we ordered your card).

Welcome notice was mailed on 04/01/2015.

Received Welcome Notice on 04/08/2015.

Card was mailed to me/picked up by USPS on 04/08/2015.

Received GC on 4/10/2015.

I called USCIS yesterday to inquire what the process for mailing was given that the approval was done at TSC. And the lady just told me that they had sent it to NVC already and that I have to wait 3 more weeks to get the letter in the mail. I know she could only see the same thing I see online by and large I do not expect a regular representative to give me any more than a lie.

I asked to speak to a tier 2 rep. and did not succeed. The same lie again about the system having difficulties...

We got approved on the 29th July vsc. We got our mail in the post on the 3rd August. It's not at NVC yet so I will check again next week. They told me wait 8 weeks but I figured they tell everyone that.
