You are going through the most difficult US embassy to get a visa through, and have a very short courtship, only one visit and marriage on that visit. Be sure to front load the petition. A second visit before you file, if you can, would be a very good idea, and a third before the interview.

Your wife will fill in a I-864 even if she has no income. Her mom will fill another I-864 and dad a I-864A.

Assuming you are Nigerian , every country is hard on Nigerians, you may as well put 419 as your country of birth because that is what you are assumed to be. If you have legal residence in another country you can go there but your residency must be current at that time. The Ukraine is known for be a tough embassy also so don't expect it to be easier than Lagos. You have several obvious red flags. Meeting online then marrying almost immediately. For each red flag you must be prepared for a harder interview. If you wife is a different race, religion, educational background, older than you or either of you have previously been married it is another mark against you. Her not working is also an issue. Her parents don't appear to make enough to sponsor you unless her father makes significant money. Even with a co sponsor you can be denied financially.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Are your cousins claimed on your patents taxes? Also even with mom, dad and your wife thats 3 you need to make $24412. if you added the two cousins if they are claimed thats 5 in household and $34462.

Here are the guidelines http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

And no changing her passport is no problem most women do it when married.

Just know the AOS stuff isn;t for months down the road. You do not send that in woth your I-130. You are looking at at leadt 7 to 9 months down the road before you will need all that information from parents. Or maybe your wife will be working and you wont need sponsor.

Please front-load your petition with evidence meaning do not hold on to the evidence and expect to show at interview. You have a real real short window I have never seen anyone move quite this fast and marry all with in 3 months. That is a RED FLAG waving Scarlett RED. So I hope you have good pics with family and friends and good chat logs and things like that showing a bonafide relationship.

I say don't sweat any I-864 until the I-130 is approved.

Since you have about 6 months to wait, for the I-130 approval, you have 6 months to study.

Suggest you review the Guides Section and the Wiki Section.
