Copy of passport with entry stamp?

My wife is filing I-485 (family based which I am the sponsor). I see people mention sending passport bio page + entry stamp for I-485. However, the instruction only asks for the visa page if the beneficiary has got a nonimmigration visa within the last year (it also does not mention the bio page). My wife has been in the US for a few years and she only got a visa over two years ago.

Does this mean that we do not need to send in the copy of any passport page at all?

That's correct, you do not need to send it for that form.

I would add that you do need to show a legal entry though, which could be an entry stamp from your passport (if you entered on the VWP) or a copy of your most recent I-94 (if you entered on a visa).
