Hi guys,

I've just received form I-797C: ASC Appointment Notice. My I-485 petition for Adjustment of Status was family-based, as I am adjusting my status from a fiance to a recently married one. When I was filing my I-485, I also sent in Form I-765 ( work authorization) and I-131 (travel permit). From what I understand, if I file them all together, I pay biometrics fee of 85$ only once. Now, my Notice of Action in Case Type field has mentioned only I485 and I765, their application numbers are provided in the notice of action as well. Does it mean that I will have to pass biometrics again, that time for my travel permit form I-131? Or they simply by accident missed the 3rd application I sent in? Thanks!

after you go for biometrics, about a month or so you'll get your AP and EAD. you'll also get a NOA for AP and a NOA for EAD. It won't be together with I-485 NOA.

I already received three NOA for all three applications. The fourth is for biometrics appointment, that mentions only 2 out of 3 applications.

I have the same thing, and I just assumed it's because the EAD and AP come on the same card. The AP just goes along with it, I guess.

Yeah, you are right, that could be!

This is normal. The I-131 does not require biometrics. The biometrics appointment letter will always only list the I-485 and the I-765 case numbers.

Ok, thanks a lot for letting me know!

You will only go once.

The AP does not require biometrics (never did) but they have now combined both into one card anyway (when you apply for both) There is a sample of what this card looks like here at this site. The AP used to be a separate "letter" and still is IF you apply only for the AP, but uf you apply for both, they now combine them on one card

Thank you! Had my biometrics appointment last week. When I asked an employee why the same question ( just to be on the safe side), she told me I had to pay again for Travel Parole Biometrics or to come over again..... Then, they asked the managed and he said it was all "one package" and that I was good to go.
