hello everyone!!!!!

after working so hard of getting all the documents all over again today we sent to the nvc our checklist package

my question is!!!!

when can i expect for my case to be completed?

is it going to take the same amount of time as the first package before we get the checklist ? because that one take about 20 days

how can i know that my case is completed ?

how long does they take to schedule my interview date?

difficult to determine, really.

Since yer here asking a question, please consider to fill out an actual VJ timeline, for you, over at

Folk wanting to answer timeline-specific questions have all the data in front of them, to answer yer question, IF you fill out (and keep it updated) an official VJ Timeline.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I received a checklist in May. The NVC received my checklist package on June 24th and my case was completed on July 17th. It took them longer to review my checklist package then the initial documents I submitted.

To know if your case is complete, you need to call NVC. A week after my case was complete, they also sent me an email. I received my interview date on July 31. If you want to know how long it takes to get an interview date, you should have a look at the September 2013 Interview topic.
