Hello everyone. I'd just like to say VJ is a very helpful site for those involved in the immigration process.

Anyway, I am a naturalized US citizen and I filed an I-130 for my unmarried son over 21 back in December 2002 to the Texas Service Center. They then transferred it to the California Service Center about three months. A couple of days ago, I got this email and am confused as to what is going on. Does this mean that it has reached an immigration officer? Thanks, take care everyone.
