I have related questions about petitioning for a stepchild, that were not specifically addressed above.

1) Petitioning stepparent does not have to submit photographs, right?

2) Petitioning stepparent can submit passport or birth certificate, but both are not necessary?

3) If passport is chosen to be submitted, does the entire passport need to be copied or only the first page?

Thanks for any input.
