Here's a thing. When my husband petitioned me, he live in an apartment. We stayed there since I got here in the United States. Last December we bought a house and moved. Does this mean the answer is YES? If so, the date I should write was the date I came in the United States till the date we move out of the apartment?

Second question. On Part 4. Information about your children, asking for Alien Registration number.

I gave birth to a baby girl late last year. I only have her birth certificate and social security number.

Where or How would I get/find the Alien number? Do I have to leave this blank?

You just answered your own question on #22.

On Part 4, if your child was born here in the US, they do not have A#, therefore, you'd just leave that blank

I'm not sure what your question is about #22. You say that you moved and you are asking if you moved?

Your daughter is a US citizen and definitely not an alien. She has no alien number (and thankfully does not have to jump through any of the hoops that you do ) Leave it blank.

I write down in one seperate paper all the addresses that we have since we move as well. Put the date and sign it. For your daughter I leave mine black because she died.

We have the same situation.

1. Select YES for 22 and attach a sheet with Item 22 written on top and then provide the details of the residences with from - to dates with latest first.

2. Enter "NONE" after A in the block for number.
