RFE

Well i just filed my AOS June 28,2013. Recieved my NOA1 July 2, 2013 . My Biometric appoint is Scheduled for Monday August 5, 2013. Then i checked our status and they said they mailed me A RFE on July 31, 2013 for my I-485. I was a little surprised because i thought you had to do biometrics before they would start processing your case. I really dont know how this stage of the process works. I just just wasnt expecting a RFE this soon but Its a good thing. Any imput from any who has been down this stage. I do know there nothing i can do till i recieve the hard copy in the mail. Just wondering what i left i out cuz i and my husband went over that check list made sure every document was signed and dated.

well I received my hard copy on yesterday. To my relief I checked and I sent in a outdated copy of the I-864 affidavit of support my copy expired in 9/12 they revised the form on 3/22/13 with an expiration date of 2015 so I will just copy and paste and in the mail the new version will go in the morning. That's once less thing we have to worry about cuz we r headed to do his biometrics in the morning.
