Kindly visit USCIS website and look into a section for spouse of green card holder. All forms such as I130 n G325 is already there along with instructions how to fill. So,after reading instructions fill up all the details and your spouse need to submitt it to USCIS,lock box along with fees and other documents such as marriage certificate,photographs, birthcertificate and all.
