hello guys, as our mailing system is not reliable, it is recommended to collect the packet IV from US embassy kathmandu. So do u guys have any specific mailing address or phone no. so that we can contact the embassy that we'll pick up the packet IV ourshelf from embassy rather they mail it to our unreliable mailing address.

and what does packet IV contain? is it the confirmation letter for interview...?

until yesterday when i check my visa status on web, it shows administrative processing but today morning its shows ISSUED. i call embassy, one officer said that come on thursday 1 pm and pickup your visa packet. wow, wow, wow. thanx god. thanx everyone who giving me right direction.
