Hi Bob2013,

Can you please confirm if your Case was completed on 09/23? I guess you might have received e-mail on 09/30 but was completed on 09/23. Please confirm.

This is important so that we can safely assume that NVC is actually scheduling interview for the ones who also completed CC after 09/20.

I have received message from NVC on september23,2013 :

The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing

of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner

and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment

until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of

the interview. Additional documentation requirements if applicable can be referenced at

the following URL: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3742.html

Most liley, they tried to review your DS-260 as it was filed on Sep 7th (today is 18th Business day) but you sent IV docs 5 days after DS-260. Most likely they will review it in few days and hopefully accept your both I-864 and IV.

yes but 3 days aftes my AOs

ok I send my Document at septembre 12 and my DS260 september 9

I would suggest calling NVC and letting them know that you have sent the docs on Sep 12th. Depending on when they entered into system around 18th or 19th day they will review and respond to you.

Good to call for this occassion.
