How much do they take to review AOS checklist? I was sooo near to case complete but this checklist :((( i am sooo down!!!

The actual review only takes 20 business days (or less) but the timeframe given by the NVC operator is 30 business days.

How much do they take to review AOS checklist? I was sooo near to case complete but this checklist :((( i am sooo down!!!

Don't worry much just comply with your checklist who knows it might only take them 15 business days like some of us here. :)

USCIS:

July 16 2012: I-130 sent

July 18 2012: Priority date

July 3 2013: NOA 2

NVC

July 17 2013: NVC received my case file

July 19 2013: case number and IIN received, ds-3032 sent

July 26 2013: ds 3032 and AOS invoice fee received. AOS fee Paid

July 29 2013: AOS package sent

July 31 2013: AOS package received at NVC

Aug 01 2013: AOS entered for review

Aug 02 2013: ds 3032 accepted

Aug 03 2013: IV invoice fee received via email and paid; Sent IV package to NVC

Aug 07 2013: IV package received at NVC

Aug 09 2013: IV entered for review

Aug 26 2013: CHECKLIST for AOS

Aug 28 2013: AOS checklist sent

Aug 29 2013: AOS checklist received at NVC

Those who got I/L got CC on or before Sept 20.

Looks like the cut-off for I/L is the third week. Those of us who got CC on the 4th/last week will get I/L in Nov (for Dec interview).

is it always this way ?? :o I'm expecting cc on Oct 22 :( wish u luck, hope u get ur il soon :)

It's what I have noticed. It seems the cut-off is the 3rd week, so if you get CC until Oct 25, you'll get I/L in Nov (1st week).

Don't worry, I got case complete Sept 30 and I didn't receive an I/L.

We'll just have to be a little more patient.
