i think that's a good sign cause u submiited ur docs earlier than mine i guess there's no problem with your docs smile.png goodluck apple21! btw janett brua and elma bagao also got checklist.

That's the thing, mine is still under review. I don't know if a worker already opened my documents or it's just piled somewhere.

Welcome to the Club :) - I got a checklist as well for a totally needless thing I have 17 more business days for my review to go about 3 and 1/2 weeks - was not expecting this at all - but I have now realized one thing - no point in stressing over it or trying to predict when and how things will happen - just do it and forget it move on with your life - no point in stressing over it really - suddenly one day you will be surprised how it happened so fast!

LOL i know right?! i was frustrated awhile ago but then i realized it's already there and definitely there's no point of stressing myself over it :)

July 18 2012: Priority date

July 3 2013: NOA 2

NVC

July 17 2013: NVC received my case file

July 19 2013: case number and IIN received, ds-3032 sent

July 26 2013: ds 3032 and AOS invoice fee received. AOS fee Paid

July 29 2013: AOS package sent

July 31 2013: AOS package received at NVC

Aug 01 2013: AOS entered for review

Aug 02 2013: ds 3032 accepted

Aug 03 2013: IV invoice fee received via email and paid; Sent IV package to NVC

Aug 07 2013: IV package received at NVC

Aug 09 2013: IV entered for review

Finally IV approved - took all the 4 weeks to get it approved though - now I have to wait another 4 more weeks for my case to be completed :'( b/c of the stupid AOS checklist that they just entered into the system yesterday sad.png - but at least 1 done 1 to go!

Congrats for IV approval Shabbera. For what did you receive checklist in your AOS? Good luck for CC!

so after 16 loonnngg days of waiting our docs was reviewed and unluckily we got checklist because our very bright lawyer submitted the old AOS form! this is so frustrating!

Hi, did you submit AOS and IV docs at the same time? Best of luck for CC!

waiting for my case completion. Hope october visa bulletin will regrogress to mid-2012 so that i am able to interview in November. Keeping my fingers crossed for all of us

07/16/2013: DS3032 sent

07/20/2013: AOS invoiced and paid

07/31/2013: DS3032 accepted

is it possible guys that the CSR's can sometimes give us the wrong info? cause i called them twice yesterday and told me that we send the old AOS form but my hubby was so sure that our lawyer send the new form. i even send hubby the sample of the old and new AOS forms and he said he filled up the new one.

My pd is August 08 2012, under f2a catagory. My I 130 got approved on August 06 2013. My question is how long does it take NVC to contact me.. Will I be able to take advantage of this 'current' situation?
