I'm new here .. I have a question, I'm also waiting my cc and expecting it this month.. I received aos checklist on sep 19th and i sent everything on sep 22 , now my husband called NVC they said they didn't start processing yet.. What does that mean? I thought they r already processing my papers since they asked for missing documents .. :(

I'm new here .. I have a question, I'm also waiting my cc and expecting it this month.. Once it is in the system, operators dont have any insight on the process. All they see is that it is entered in the system. They cant tell you if someone is working on your case or not. I know that it is a bit stupid but there is this gap between case entered and case complete. I was told this numerous times that they dont know if someone is working on the case or not. Last time I called, Sept. 5h they told me the same. I got case completed on 6th lol

just wanna know guys, how long before i get my I/L ?

Know one really can tell at this point. It depends on shutdown effecting DOS, what November VB will be and what is the backlog of your Embassy.

You might get it as early as today. Let's hope for the best.

04/08/2012: i130 sent

04/09/2012: NOA1

NOA1 hard copy: never received due to address error

06/12/2013: NOA2

06/17/2013: NOA2 hard copy

06/17/2013: NVC received our case

06/28/2013: Case number assigned

07/01/2013: Sent DS3032 via email

07/03/2013: Recieved i864/DS3032

07/03/2013: Payed i864 bill

07/06/2013: Sent i864 package

07/08/2013: i864 package delivered

07/16/2013: Sent DS3032 via email second time (supervisor review)

07/17/2013: Rejected DS3032. We did a typo!!! Sent correct DS3032.
