Hi guys, i received this checklist letter for AOS but my IV docs are not mentioned...does it mean my IV docs are already accepted and i can still have an interview but have to submit the corrected AOS to the embassy?Hope someone can help:(

INSTRUCTIONS FOR:
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
______F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________
NVC has completed the review of this case. However, our review of the
I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form
and supporting documents that you have submitted indicates that there is
still some missing documentation.
We are sending you the attached checklist, which indicates which
documents are still missing. You should obtain these documents and
forward them to the visa applicant so they may be presented at the final
interview. The applicant must present all required forms and documents,
including the missing items to the Consular officer at the visa interview.
Please pay specific attention to questions marked in the attached I-864,
I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A checklist.
Failure to present the missing items indicated and/or to make the
necessary corrections at the visa interview could result in a denial or delay
in obtaining a visa for the sponsored applicant.
If you need a new I-864 form, please visit the Department of State website
at the following address: www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov and read the
Affidavit of Support (I-864) instructions. From there you can fill out the
form online and print it to send to the visa applicant for the interview.
You will be notified when an interview has been set. Do not contact
post regarding your interview date until you have been notified

10/28/2011-- I130 received.
Priority Date 10/28/2011.
07/26/2013-- NOA2 TEXT/EMAIL. (After 21 months waiting)
07/29/2013-- NOA2 Hard Copy received.

NVC PROCESS

08/05/2013 - NVC received our case

08/21/2013 - Case number and invoice number assigned

08/21/2013 - Sent DS3032 by email

08/23/2013 - Received AOS fee invoice by email. Paid AOS fee $88

08/23/2013 - Received IV fee invoice by email. Paid IV fee $230

08/26/2013 - AOS and IV Package sent to NVC

08/27/2013 - AOS & IV fee shows paid on the website payment.

08/28/2013 - AOS and IV packages arrived at NVC at morning

09/03/2013 - DS-260 Already was filled online

09/23/2013 - IV Package was approved.

09/24/2013 - Case Completed

10/28/2013 - IL Received

11/18/2013 - Medical Appointment. done

12/10/2013 - Interview at the U.S. Embassy El Salvador

Hi I'm newbie here I just want to ask if I can proceed to medical I'm f2a and I just got my mnl case number this morning. I want my medical to be done in advance becoz I'm worried about my X-ray..hope to hear fr you thanks

Yes you can. I did my medical in advance too. Just keep in mind that the medical result is only valid for 6 MONTHS. wink.png

Bring the letter (email) from NVC that shows your MNL case number.

Other requirements are posted here: http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml

Do the online registration too. good.gif

thanks much Mily 7...but i,m still very worried coz this AOS checklist is a response checklist to the corrected AOS we sent.. nvc is making us so very confused !

Thank you so much apple 21..by the way if u don't mind me asking how's the result of your medical?

My medical result is valid until March 24, 2014 so I should be in the US by then or else I will re-do it and pay another fee.
