After 18 days since I mailed my AOS, I received a checklist but where do I see the missing documents or parts that I need to fix? The letter basically says they reviewed the documents and if there's anything missing that I have to send it again with the coversheet and put the beneficiary's name, category and case # on all pages. I don't know what I need to fix. Help! Thanks!

The checklist of missing info/docs comes with the email.

I have read the 3 pages of their email and nothing that says that I need to fix anything or send anything. Is that like a false checklist? The last page was asking about the DS230 which I sent on aug 5th and it was entered to their system on aug 8th.

Call NVC just to be sure. When did they enter your AOS in their system?

I just got off the phone with them, they said my AOS is fine. They were just waiting for the DS230 now. I sent it on July 25, they entered it to their system on july 29. But I'm not suppose to receive that checklist if it's okay right? I'm confused but they said it's fine

Looks like a false checklist. NVC employees doing the review needs bottomless supply of coffee. laughing.gif
