Omg omg omg!!! I am case complete!

Nvc replied to my inquiry that i sent last sept. 12 and the reply is this:

The NVC completed its processing of ^_______^ 's visa

petition.

The petition is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled at the U.S.

Embassy or Consulate in MANILA, PHILIPPINES. When an interview

appointment is scheduled, the petitioner, principal applicant,

designated agent, and attorney of record (if applicable) will be

notified.

yehey!!! congrats :) excted for you:)

From the day we received our case number, we kept checking the site. For a couple of days, the site showed 'Not Invoiced', then it showed 'You cannot make online payment for your case at this time'. Soon after that, we were able to view the bills and received mail from NVC at almost the same time. Good luck!

hi ... i can log in already. but the fee shows not available... so need to wait more ryt? thank you

case completed via phonecall: 17 april 2014

How long dows it takes to change the status from "At NVC" to "Ready" after case completion on CEAC website?

In my case, after one week after receiving the I/L letter status becomes "Ready"

Who is the petitioner? If the beneficiary is going for F2A route, I assumed that the petitioner is a LPR. For F2A, you don't need to send the petitioner's birth certificate or passport biographic page since these documents were reviewed while in USCIS when the petitioner filed for I-130.

These civil documents are pertain to the beneficiary. Regarding the police certificate, this is required if the beneficiary was used to live or work in other country. I would highly recommend that you should get the beneficiary police certificate to avoid delays. In our case, we included the police certificate of my in-law even though he is 13 yrs old and it doesn't require him to get one because he is below 16, yet we still did and didn't cause any problem.

Here's what you need:

2x2 visa picture (2 pc) of the beneficiary

Original and photocopy of beneficiary birth certificate

copy of beneficiary passport biographic page

original and photocopy of the beneficiary police certificate ( consult the consular requirements from your country)

Marriage certificate (original and photocopy) - if married

If married before, termination of marriage documents are needed such as, death certificate, etc.,

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)
