Also call them and verify what you will do to rectify the situation, if need be speak to a supervisor. Remember, the best thing to do is to keep copies of all you submit and quickly re-submit, b/c supervisor prob doesn't have the file in front of them and they might say ok we will put this in for supervisor review which will take another 30 business days. So to be sure call them, talk to them few times, then send this again or w/e the changes they want ASAP.

Thank you Apple21 and shabbera!! Know I understand better how it feels to receive a checklist!!! All this silly request will make us waste another month... Anyway!!!! we have decided to resend the docs tomorrow as they want...

You have to send the original civil documents to NVC. Don't forget to include the IV cover sheet.

If you can already access the DS260, I guess it's okay to fill it out.

Were you able to print the IV cover sheet already?

The best way to call for free is to call from a GMAIL account. If your husband is in the USA he can make free phone calls from Gmail, but he has to download the phone call plug in (search it on Google). If you are not in the USA you have to download this program called Hotspot Shield which let your computer appear like you were in the United States. Believe me, the quality of the call is perfect, I always use it and I've never wasted a cent.

Ty i shall tell him this . Ty once again .

Come on lets all cheer each other up whilst we are waiting for theses check lists to end up with CC.

and most importantly PRAY that the Lord will bless us in making the path CLEAR for us all.

When i look at others timelines some are now waiting 8-9 months just for noa2.

Smile everyone we are at least now at NVC , even though these checklists are a pain lets look to the end of the tunnel and pray no more checklists.
