I called today, it is my 19th business day of my AOS checklist. Lady told me my case was completed on Sept 13 and they will inform us when Islamabad schedules an interview for my wife

Yes, those are two different numbers.

You can find it on the email sent by NVC informing you of your case number OR you can call NVC and ask for it.

Hey apple 21 help me with i 864 , lets in first part i dont have middle name so should i keave it blank or write down N/A . aos guidelines say leave blank anywhere if not applicabke . what exactly we shoulf do if not applicabke leave it blank or write n/a

i got two checklist and i would suggest.

never ever leave anything blank if none over there put N.A.

I received an AOS checklist They are requesting the 2012 W-2 and bank accounts evidence, BUT we had already submitted both things in the package!! Are they blind???!!!!!!!!!!! What should we do???

Send it again. Papers get lost somewhere.

Also call them and verify what you will do to rectify the situation, if need be speak to a supervisor. Remember, the best thing to do is to keep copies of all you submit and quickly re-submit, b/c supervisor prob doesn't have the file in front of them and they might say ok we will put this in for supervisor review which will take another 30 business days. So to be sure call them, talk to them few times, then send this again or w/e the changes they want ASAP.

Btw do we need to put the case number on top of every documents we send as aos package . How abt i 864 , do we need to put case number on every page.

Yes - do that on every single page - case number!

It will only help your case not harm it in any way!
