Thanx a lot for ur help.yes.gif

Can u please send me a sample of a letter , how to write and include my statement.?

13a. 2012 and put down the amount

13b. and 13c. I would put the year and put down $0.00 and also on a separate piece of paper write out a statement stating that you did not earn any income during the years 2010 and 2011 for whatever reason that you have and that is why you did not file any taxes for that year and that you don't owe any taxes for those years.

Whether or not to click on the box on question 13 on the previous page of the form, you have to call NVC and explain to them and ask them b/c to me it looks very confusing. That box states You have filed for each of the 3 years but are only including the return for the most recent year. So in your case I don't know what you will check on that or leave it unchecked.

Hi,

In my first checklist they did nt ask me to do with question no. 9. I filled the same way on both time.

but in my first checklist :- I did nt fill 16 f. so I can understand thats my mistake.

but this time I can see everything alright still operator told me there is a checklist in part 3. so I assume that would be part 9 only. because everthing looks very perfect and its a very simple form.

Hi, if its not too much to ask, can you update me on your checklist? i also submitted an I-864EZ form and i know i did not answered that same question # 9 from part 3 since it has a clause stating "if different from mailing address" ... and now I'm worried wacko.png .. Thanks!

My checklist was on the i864 form for not putting down any income for 2012.

Did you call them first and ask them your question? What is their response?
