My i864 was done by our lawyer.

The DS230, I filled (& signed) and was double checked by our lawyer. It was already accepted by NVC.

The DS260, I filled out myself.

I'm still waiting for them to review my AOS checklist.

the worst part is i cant see anything on line about our case as all it says is AT NVC. any ideas anyone where i can find info on what they are doing with our case please. many thanks.

There's no online update. You have to call them and ask specifically about your case.

If you're using an iOS or Android phone/tablet, download the MagicJack app so you can call NVC (any US landline) for free over WIFI.

That's what I use. I call them directly from the Philippines. wink.png

As you are aware all we ever get from the calls we make to them is the same lol, not one of them seem to know what they are on about. it is like they are robots and give us all the standard messages .

Oh well im so fed up now with it all like i am sure we all are at this stage . Think i will just look to the interview being in the new year at this rate. thank you .

When I call them, I ask them about my case and they give me answers.

It depends on the customer rep you're talking to. Some are helpful, and some are not.... sadly. wacko.png

Unfortunatly i dont have a Android phone /tablet just my laptop and i pad . but my husband rings them form USA and he said it costs a fortune to ring them too. Gosh this whole thing has cost us thousands - i wish we had never used an attorney , but at the time i never knew this site existed, since i have known i would assure people to come here rather than pay them lol.

Thank you so much for your replies.
