Shabbera don't get anxious

They will let you know in few more days

Trust God and Pray

One time I called them and I was really frustrated

Told tye agent in tha phone

Let me ask you a question after your review my course yes AOS and you find something missing or wrong

Will you send a third AOS

She said no we will

Let you do it on interview

Remember that the first review is the one

If they found something they will sent a checklist

This will tell you that the rest of your AOS has been also revised and they are ok with it

Only the mistake or missing info is what they look for on second review if its dine properly case closed

I hope you are right bro - you know for people like us who are from Pakistan the AP there is like horrible - some people have been waiting for months and months while some for years - so imagine that my wife hasn't even had her interview yet - so all these delays just keep adding up unnecessary time. I guess I did answer their real query which was if I had paid an income tax for 2012 and if not then why not. I'm pretty sure this time around they won't have any question about that at all.

Ah this wait is killing me :P - first it was the wait for the new Oct VB I was praying it won't be past our PD which is April 3, 2012, then when it finally came out it was not just a relief but a comic one at that I kind of felt dumb because I was like why did I worry all this time about the VB when they would retrogress it by a day or two instead of a year or two :P !

Administrative processing isn't the norm

It's the other way around

If tye petitioner was the wife

It usually tye males that go through this

U been married like me almost 2 years

So there should be any in Gods will

Don't expect the worst

It's getting better

The reason they wait for long time prior to approval to make case against fraud and the admits rative processing is for same reason

Allah is great brother

You will be fine it's so lonely here without wife and kiddo but I waited endured and will wait for them

Patience and waiting makes us strong

God will repay us for this

Enjoy your weekend forget and don't think concentrate in your work for now

Think on what will you do with your loved ones

Do some planning ahead

Good luck

Hi f2aforconsular!

No, I haven't received any response yet, although I have also seen that notice about the 4-5 days waiting. I think they need to check the IV documents as well (my documents were delivered on September 2nd) so I hope to receive the acceptance of my ds-260 and IV package by the beginning of October. Thanks peruvian83. Just hope the 20- or 30-day count starts from the day we submitted the DS260 online. Good luck for case complete :)

Wish u all the best for your case complete Shabbera. It is really frustrating to keep looking at the progress of our case at NVC on the one hand while at the same time praying for the forthcoming VB to be after our PD. And then, we see that we have a checklist :(. Alas, most of us could have very well been case complete by now, had it not been for our AOS checklists :(. Just hope things stay positive in the VBs going forward too so that we get to stay with our dear ones at the earliest!

Thank you! Waiting for the IL yet. I hope come very soon. Good luck for you too.

Thank you :)

Okay, you have to call NVC and check when they entered your AOS and IV package into their system. From that date, count 20 to 30 business days.
