I submitted AOS and IV package document to NVC on June 26, 2013.

They enterred into NVC system on July 02, 2013.

I received an email from NVC for submitting DS230 on July 23, 2013. I think they lost it, so I resubmit my second DS230. I called them on Aug 2nd, they told me that's automatic email from their system and they also received my 2nd DS230 on Aug 1st.

Today I called them, they told me they're still reviewing.

On July 15, I called to NVC and they told me had a mismatch on my DS230 (my attorney filled it for my wife and my son). He didn't fill out at "DOB" of my wife's father, I checked a copy of DS230 and I saw it. NVC man told: he will send a checklist to my email. My attorney called to NVC on the next day and talked to NVC Supervisor. NVC supervisor said: they haven't reviewed my case yet, why I knew my DS230 had a mismatch? Up to on July 23 I received a checklist from NVC by email, it didn't mention about any mismatch, just request submit DS230. I resubmitted my new DS230 to NVC on July 31st by express mail and they enterred into their system on Aug 2nd. They said: checklist I received, it maybe from automatic email system. Today I keep calling to NVC, NVC lady ask me call back on Sep 6, she said she received my new DS230 on Aug 2nd, so they need 20 business days to review and complete it. I'm really worry about my case.

I still have no word on the AOS package and they were both sent on the same day!

Which country was the PCC for - I didn't send them any PCC cause they said I don't have to since its from Pakistan and these days they told me their policy is no PCC is needed for Pakistan.

I don't understand I called NVC awhile ago and the csr told me that my case is not yet reviewed and call back on sept. 6.

USCIS:

July 16 2012: I-130 sent

July 18 2012: Priority date

July 3 2013: NOA 2

NVC

July 17 2013: NVC received my case file

July 19 2013: case number and IIN received, ds-3032 sent

July 26 2013: ds 3032 and AOS invoice fee received. AOS fee Paid

July 29 2013: AOS package sent

July 31 2013: AOS package received at NVC

Aug 01 2013: AOS entered for review

Aug 02 2013: ds 3032 accepted

Aug 03 2013: IV invoice fee received via email and paid; Sent IV package to NVC

Aug 07 2013: IV package received at NVC

Aug 09 2013: IV entered for review

Aug 26 2013: CHECKLIST for AOS

Aug 28 2013: AOS checklist sent

Aug 29 2013: AOS checklist received at NVC

Aug 30 2013: AOS entered for review again

Sept 03 2013: IV package accepted

Sept 05 2013: ds260 sent

Sept 23 2013: CASE COMPLETE

Sept. 30 2013: case complete confirmation email

Oct. 28 2013: Interview letter received (december 17 2013)

Nov. 12 2013: medical done ( 1 day only)

Nov. 13 2013: case status ready

Nov. 15 2013: rescheduled my interview online

Nov. 27 2013: done with INTERVIEW (no additional papers asked)

Dec. 09 2013: CFO

DEc. 12 2013: POE: LAX :)
