Yes, that's because it's the last week of the month. Lucky he/she made it just in time for the cut-off. good.gif

That is for IR/CR category (Spouse/child of US citizens). They are NOT limited by the Visa Bulletin that's why they can get interview schedule all month long.

That's not applicable to us.

I know that they aren't limited.

But if our PD is basically current why should we be limited? She is mentioning specifically second and last week. From what we've seen recently, there were invites sent out during last week August and Sept first week. Look at timelines.

doesnt make sense

because most of the time there is no notification for case complete to the F2a case you dont get correspondence

so basically what happened to that guy that his case was already complete 2-3 weeks ago when they scheduled and he or she wasnt aware

so it happens once he knew taht his case was complete and that he got his interview yes i agree he made the cuttoff date for scheduling

That's why I said you will receive I/L last week of September. Don't confuse yourself anymore. Relax and enjoy your remaining time in your country. wink.png

I think although we are current our visa still has a quota every country and maybe they dont want to use it all up for just a month?

For MY case? No. I'm expecting to be case completed in October 4 (based on 20 business days) or October 18 (based on 30 business days). Will probably get interview letter Oct 28. Interview will be December (if all goes well).
