Hello I need more answers, I submitted ds261 paid Aos fee.. So what happens next, after the confirmation on fee paid I send the Aos doc right away or wait for NVC to ask for it. And what are others documents that needs to be sent along with Aos .

Does every applicant need to fill out Form DS-260?

Yes, Online Immigrant Visa Application, Form DS-260 is required for all Immigrant Visa applicants.

It seems EVERYONE (immigrant applicants and derivatives) should submit the DS260.

Did you ask NVC how to correct it? Maybe you can edit the DS260 online.

I tried and the only option left is "view". Cannot click on the fields anymore.

This is my 4th business day after sending the DS260, so far nothing yet from NVC.

I haven't heard from them yet.

this is my day 3 after sending my ds261 and have'nt receive my IV processing fee bill yet...about ds260 is it all applicant need to fill that again , how come is in not my checklist?

I did not put middle name of my sister in theds260. I called if they an edit it, they said they can't until it is being reviewed and I will get an email for it. So it means I know I have a checklist and will still have to wait 30 business days while I'm waiting for 30 business days for them to tell me that I made a mistake.

I sent our ds261 last Friday. Haven't heard anything from NVC. Got the AOS fee though last Monday and sent the AOS form and documents on Tuesday. Hopefully tomorrow, we'll hear about our ds261 and get the IV fee....
