its nt a checklist fr 260.. it was a checklist stating that i have to fill ds 260. i called them today to ask about the reviewing since its already been 5 days ive completed my ds 260.. they said its gonna take 30 business days for reviewing ds 260 as well.. is that the reply everyone getting?

Aug 28th When I Called in to ask if I have to Submit the new DS260 the Operator told me that I need not submit anything since its only for the ones who are sending documents/ IV Application after 1 Sep.

But today I received a checklist for DS 260.

And it would take 20/30 business days Again for this checklist ???

I suggest everyone whoever is waiting for IV review to be safe and submit DS 260 asap. Cant rely on the NVC rep Info.

same as mine...my wife send her choice of agent last aug 15 then i i found out also that i need to pass the ds 261 2 days ago thats y im pissed off...need to wait again for how many days...but it says there that after 3 to 5 days ned to log in again check if theres IV processing fee invoice bill coz ive been waiting for almost a month now..

Shtu, you got checklist for not putting n/a? But isn't on the AOS instruction it says if the answer is not applicable of none, leave it blank? 'Cause that is what I did. I hope I'll not get any checklist due to that:(

The first time I posted here about the DS260, the CSR already told me that it will take 20 business days for them to review it.

It seems she's right coz I haven't heard from them yet and I submitted the DS260 last Sept 4, only now it will take 30 business days.

Oh well, it will be reviewed at the same time as my AOS checklist. No choice but to wait and wait and wait.

Its looking like we"ll probably be in interviewing in Jan 2014. I was really hoping to be able to spend Christmas with my husband. But you're right its beyond our control so all we can do is wait and wait and wait

I found this thread regarding the DS260. Specifically for PHILIPPINES. The mother was asked on the day of her daughter's (IR2) interview to fill out the DS260.

Middle name should be included in the Given name.

It was in the definition of Given names on the right-hand side of the DS260.
