We are now waiting for the DS260 to be accepted. All our civil docs were entered and they said no need to send those again and submit the ds260. Hopefully, we will be case complete in a month. Goodluck everybody!

You can still add j to the petition to accompany her

But you need more application for him also

Consult a lawyer immediately

Get all his papers ready including certified birth certificate

His passport

You need an affidavit if support for him

And one more application for him

I'm not an expert

Don't panic

Act fast consult a lawyer immediately

Have you ever tried to call NVC about this? They might be able to tell you what you have to do to add your child in the petition.

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)
