Try to call them. They received my IV docs last Aug.7 and when I called them last night they said they just entered my case into their system and wait for 20 business days for their review smile.png

they got mine aug 1st and it's now currently being reviewed when i talked to the CSR the other day..try to call again smile.png

Did they just say they received the package or they specified it's under review? I'm sorry to double-ask, but I am confused: both my packages were delivered to NVC on Aug 5th, but they said they received one on Aug 6th and other on Aug 8th. They are in the system, but not under review yet. wacko.png

NOA1 hard copy: never received due to address error

You should hear some good news this coming week!

It took exactly 3 weeks for them to review my package from the day it was delivered. And looking on timelines - it's the same for many folks.

04/08/2012: i130 sent

04/09/2012: NOA1

NOA1 hard copy: never received due to address error

06/12/2013: NOA2

06/17/2013: NOA2 hard copy

06/17/2013: NVC received our case

06/28/2013: Case number assigned

07/01/2013: Sent DS3032 via email

07/03/2013: Recieved i864/DS3032

07/03/2013: Payed i864 bill

07/06/2013: Sent i864 package

07/08/2013: i864 package delivered

07/16/2013: Sent DS3032 via email second time (supervisor review)

They said they received the packages and I should call back in 20 working days.

You should hear some good news this coming week!

It took exactly 3 weeks for them to review my package from the day it was delivered. And looking on timelines - it's the same for many folks.

Thanks I am planning to call back on Tuesday.

They told me they received my AOS package on aug.1 and the IV package on Aug. 7 and entered it on Their system on Aug. 8. but When I asked them when should I start counting the 20 business days they said I should start counting by Aug. 1 then call again on Aug. 29 if my case is complete or just wait for their email. But when did NVC enter your docs in their system?

I spoke with a CSR and she told me the 20 business day count will start on the day they entered our docs in their system.

In my case (refer to my signature), countdown started on July 31st.

How do you know when they entered it into the system? Is there any way to check that?

I called them and they told me.

I called and got verbal confirmation that I've gotten a check list. How long does it normally take to get the official email?

Checklist for what? When did they receive your AOS & IV package? I called a while ago and mine is still under review.

Well when I called them they said it hasn't been reviewed yet, but it has been received on the dates I thought they were received.

Its been more than 3 weeks now for the AOS, today is the 17th working day, and 12th working day for the IV.

I called them and they told me.

Checklist for what? When did they receive your AOS & IV package? I called a while ago and mine is still under review.

Entered into the system on the 23rd for both packages. The checklist is for the IV package for a PCC for a country I lived in 10 years ago. The document was taking very long so I tried sending the package without it hoping they would let me bring it to the interview. I guess that didn't work.

No word on the AOS yet.

Well they got my IV docs on the 29th, so I guess I should be able to get some update from them on Monday next week.

Entered into the system on the 23rd for both packages. The checklist is for the IV package for a PCC for a country I lived in 10 years ago. The document was taking very long so I tried sending the package without it hoping they would let me bring it to the interview. I guess that didn't work.

No word on the AOS yet.

I submitted AOS and IV package document to NVC on June 26, 2013.

They enterred into NVC system on July 02, 2013.

I received an email from NVC for submitting DS230 on July 23, 2013. I think they lost it, so I resubmit my second DS230. I called them on Aug 2nd, they told me that's automatic email from their system and they also received my 2nd DS230 on Aug 1st.

Today I called them, they told me they're still reviewing.
