Bottom line is - you never know when 30 days come about they will say 40 days - etc etc etc :'( its not in our control

I am specting complete my case this next week. I have been waiting 3 weeks already, since I submitted my dcs on august 19 th ( on their system). So I hope get my cc next week, we'll see.

some have to saty behind purposefully some will proceed

that's why the whole system is biased

is it fair for someone waiting for interview in 2010 priority date to be equal to one priority date of 2013 ?

we are being held in nVC stage on purpose some will get their vISA others wont

its chaotic no respect to timelines or priorities

its unconstitutional and even illegal what they are doing at NVC

im fed up with them

so for Gods sake those who say they expect their interview or case complete

join the club you are on your way to big disapointmnet and a checklist with 45 days more of wait

by that time they will retrogress all visas will b filled and you will be end up waiting for your PD to become current again

simply making the date current to everybody you lost your natural order that you waited for for years and you just give your happiness to someone else

the question is here is this done on purpose or random selection either way its illegal first come first serve basis is lost here

you can call the USCIS or NVC and ask them bout your concerns

Well..seems you had a bad day huh hehe..we can't do anything but to patiently wait. all of us here are so freaking tired of waiting everyone miss their families all of us wants to be reunited soon with our loved ones you are not alone in this journey but sooner or later it'll all be over and u'll see there's a hope for us and we will get there at the right time. what is happening in the US government is out of our control, u can complain of course it's ur freedom to speak but you see that won't help ur case right? we all understand how frustrating it is but you see there's nothing we can do BUT TO WAIT..besides the government didn't push you to be in this situation they didn't push us to be in this situation we choose this and we have to follow their rules and regulations. everybody is waiting it might not be fair but keep the faith and everything will be alright.

i'm not case complete yet , they told me that i have to wait until 30 BD since out package loged into their system .

but i 'm going to call them again in next 6 hours ....
