F2A filers waiting for CASE COMPLETION from NVC

I have talked to many guys who had attorney for their cases. But I must say, attorney is absolutely GARBAGE and just WASTE OF TIME. They do nothing that you as a direct beneficiary cannot do. I'm assuming that's why you have waited this long for your case. Thanks to VisaJourney and everybody who contribute here, you can find all the necessary information to move your case forward.

Ur absolutely right.. That's wat I thought once I found visajourney but I started my process long time before I started to surf the web abt it...I would do it myself if I go back in time...

i'm new here but i've been reading this thread since december. my pd is november 2012. i'm still waiting and hoping for CC after a checklist on aos sent last jan 30. its been one heck of a waiting game. ?

4 checklists for just AOS means you hadn't filled them carefully. Every checklist postpones your process for almost a month. Be very meticulous when they ask you to do something. Don't waste your time for nothing.

We received some checklist about our documents. But NVC haven't checked yet our documents when sent checklist. It were false checklists. And every time we waste of time. We had to wait.

NVC sent checklist about one document from the package. We phoned and sent response letters. Our document was correct. Checklist was false. But we wasted our time because after every letter NVC waited some weeks before they started check our case again.

Then they sent checklist about another document from the package. It was awful.

But now they send us CC letter every week. We have received three CC letters.

Nope you can email them with the correct info and request them to change or on your behalf. They will then send you a reply saying that you can inform your counselor officer before your interview begins.

I had also enters the wrong date by mistake. When I checked my form later, I found this mistake. I also sent an email to ask if they could change it for me or if I could change it but they replied to me saying that I can correct at time of interview before it begins.

are u done with ur interview? so i need to email them? i called nvc and told me must wait for them to review before i can correct it. such a relief knowing that it doesnt cause u another 30 days of review...

Congratulations cc letter every week sometimes nvc messes up hehe. Im waiting for cc too submitted docs feb 3rd upto now they dont give specific status of my case the always say they received the packages but when i asked them if they are reviewing or at least opened it they give indirect answer. Hoping for vb movement too
