F2A filers waiting for CASE COMPLETION from NVC

Yes, I know, but for example, you have PD 28september2012 and you have had you case complete on 30december2013. In my case i have a PD 13february2012 (in advance of you) and wait yet for CC, from my PD I have had to wait 21months for get approval..

CC has nothing to do with Priority date. You got stuck in USCIS for so long. That might have been due to USCIS backlog at the time you applied or lack of documents in your initial I-130 form. The NVC process is quite equal for everybody in same visa category. Even if you have PD of 2000, you still need to wait at least three weeks. Some people have PD in 2013 and now they are in US.

I think your both lucky.. My priority date is July 2011... I had to wait so long and still no cc yet though my last papers arrived on jan 15.. Ur lucky visa bulletin has moved really fast !!!! Good luck

Yes 8 months for approval was a bless then took 16 months for my priority date to become current and now 6 months at NVC

I hope in the future improve the family reunion, all this time far is soooo difficult and disheartening...the time to be with him never seems to come!

Well last time we called was February 19.. They said they got all the papers on jan 15 and we have to count 45 days since then so we went crazyyy coz usually they say 20 or 30 wat is 45 now ?? No answer just wait 45 days .... If no checklist after a month then should be cc right....??????...

I really hope you can have cc so soon!! but another question, what checklist you have receipt? for now I have received only AOS & IV checklist...I need to wait for another one?

I got abt 4 aos checklist and every time for different things I feel it's just a waste of time !!!

4 checklists for just AOS means you hadn't filled them carefully. Every checklist postpones your process for almost a month. Be very meticulous when they ask you to do something. Don't waste your time for nothing.

I have talked to many guys who had attorney for their cases. But I must say, attorney is absolutely GARBAGE and just WASTE OF TIME. They do nothing that you as a direct beneficiary cannot do. I'm assuming that's why you have waited this long for your case. Thanks to VisaJourney and everybody who contribute here, you can find all the necessary information to move your case forward.

Ur absolutely right.. That's wat I thought once I found visajourney but I started my process long time before I started to surf the web abt it...I would do it myself if I go back in time...
