CASE COMPLETE. You just have to wait now for your Interview letter and sorry i don't know when that will be .

mpesiao, did they inform your brother that he was going to be APed or you just found out from CEAC?

yes, we knew he was under AP. after his interview they gave him 221g form. he was told to send the missing requirement in 2go courier. on the same day, my mom drafted the letter , signed it , then scanned and email to my brother who then printed it and send it.

Congrats for the case completion. We are now on the same boat...waiting for Interview Letter. If the usual schedule (as what happened and being showed in the list) we will be receiving IL on the last days of this month until the 1st week of March. Hoping for the best. Goodluck!

And of course we dont know when it will retogress again so it is really a big suspense for us. As for me im always monitoring the visa bulletin in uscis and always hoping that our status will remain current... i cant even sleep this past few days... :'(

everyone please help.

My niece (also an F2A beneficiary) is asking me about AOS forms and honestly, I really dont know what to tell her best. Her husband (the petitioner) income is not enough to support them (my niece and her cute baby girl), so his mom will help....however, mom's income is not enough too...so the dad will help out too. Now, they are all confused on what forms to use. I864 for the petitioner, what about the mom and dad? petitioner lives in the same house with the mom....(they live in Seattle) the dad is working in Alaska but mailing address is still the same with the petitioner and the mom. Dad files joint ITR with the mom.

please, anyone who knows what forms to use?
