Did you call up DOS and check with them? I called them first before calling NVC.

and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of
the interview. Additional documentation requirements if applicable can be referenced at

You may hear something from NVC this week or next. NVC typically schedules interviews end of every month. However, it depends on how busy your consulate is, based on that you may get an interview date for some day in March. Good luck.

i just calling nvc today and i ask them when my wife will be getting interview but they said i have to wait.when they have date they will contract or email me.but i am pretty sure at vietnam embassy will be close at 1/28 they will be open back on 1/6 because is lunar new years.i wish i can hear nvc this week or next like u say.because i miss my wife and my son

Hi i hope u guys could help me.. We submitted our AOS and IV documents on Dec 19 and it was received on Dec 30. We were informed on January 23 that there were incomplete data or information that doesn't match with our AOS document.

It says.. "Income indicated on I-864EZ does not correspond to that shown on the most recent tax return." My husband made sure he matched everything.. We do not know what to do now.... Pls Help!!! Thanks and God Bless!!

if you think you've matched everything...it doesn't hurt checking once more....and I suggest you call NVC and ask why or which one (of the amount in the tax return) should be put in the line for the income. I did that when we received our checklist cause hubby said he believed he did it right too... (like what we did with his I864 forms before---F2B journey).
