Mine was completed on Jan.2,2014 and didn't receive any confirmation yet regarding CC. But i've inquired thru nvcinquiry and they responded to that and stated that my case was waiting for an interview to be scheduled at us embassy here in manila. Maybe they've just forgotten to send us our Cc confirmation but the important thing is that we confirmed that thru call. Goodluck to us! Hoping for an early march interview schedule! smile.png

i guess they are going in reverse order for cc emails...we might get it by this week....so also the interview dates will also be assigned in reverse order as observed in the last month too i.e. we might get interview dates in the last week of march.

One thing I've noticed is all our timelines are just a few days apart ( from case no assigned, to documents sent, to checklist received/sent, and case complete).

Is it possible that the ones that are checklisted and completed are on a different track and are not emailed( or delayed emailed) their CC as opposed to say a CC without checklist.

I hope its more of a FIFO system.

I believe both medical and biometrics for India are required to be done only after the IL, vkrishn could you please correct me if I am wrong?

2013-10-15: Received Case number, IIN, Beneficiary number

2013-10-17: Received AOS and IV visa fee invoice email and paid both.

2013-10-21: AOS Fee status changed to PAID.

2013-10-21: IV Fee status changed to PAID. DS-260 is available.

2013-10-26: AOS Docs sent/IV Docs sent/DS-260 Submitted Online.

2013-10-28: NVC received the docs in the morning(Based on Fedex tracking).

2013-11-21: Checklist.

2013-12:20: Case complete : By Phone

finally DS260 became available and i submitted it. now is there a way, other than calling them to keep in track of status i.e. how do i know if they received documents or starting reviewing my application.

July 11, 2013 - NOA 1

September 12, 2013 - Transfer to Nebraska

September 20, 2013 - Case touched

November 14, 2013 - NOA 2

Case shipped to DOS - November 19, 2013

NVC Stage

December 11, 2013 - NVC received my case

December 30, 2013 - NVC case number issued

January 2, 2013 - NVC issued invoice number

January 13, 2013 - DS261 filled out

January 15, 2013 - AOS invoice received and paid

January 17, 2013 - AOS package sent

January 21, 2014 - Fed ex delivered package (NVC confirmed receipt on 22nd)

January 21, 2014 - IV fee invoice received and paid

January 22, 2014 - IV documents sent (payment in process but cleared from bank)

You can schedule the Fingerprinting on ustraveldocs website before you get your I/L but you would need the I/L when you show up for Fingerprinting. At Least they asked my wife for the I/L when she got her fingerprinting done. She got it done at Chennai and dates were easily available. They are even open on Sunday's from 1-5pm and she had her appointment at 2pm on sunday. Told me it was a 5 minute thingy. :-)

With respect to medical, You absolutely need your interview letter for the medical to be done.

January 23, 2014 - submitted DS260 form, iv documents delivered per fedex (24th per NVC)

February 12, 2014 - received fake checklist for IV package

February 21, 2014 - Case completed (by phone)

April 2, 2014 - Called and got interview date May 13, 2014

May 13, 2014 - Counsel needed some time to to review docs

May 27, 2014 - Interview round two and visa approved

My hubby interview experience was great they didn't ask for the updated documents i sent such as I-864,W2S and tax returns. NVC told me to get another joint sponsor because we were a little off from the poverty rate but it was ok they ask him four questions such as who filed for him, who is my joint sponsor, where we met and the consulate asked if there's any photos and my huuby brought one of our wedding pics and the consulate said wow that's beautiful. He signed his ds-260 form and took his oath and that was it. When you put God first in everything you do everything is posssible. Goodluck my february peeps and God bless yougoofy.gif Interview was done in Jamaica.

congrats mars76! sadly i didn't receive any email yet though my case was complete on Jan 6 via telcon

Mine was completed on Jan.2,2014 and didn't receive any confirmation yet regarding CC. But i've inquired thru nvcinquiry and they responded to that and stated that my case was waiting for an interview to be scheduled at us embassy here in manila. Maybe they've just forgotten to send us our Cc confirmation but the important thing is that we confirmed that thru call. Goodluck to us! Hoping for an early march interview schedule! smile.png
