I went in the Embassy ( 1st in ) at 8am and i was out for 8.45 am. Prayers last night was for me to be out for 9 am. Praise God i was.

I had to send my I-864 again, as three parts required updating, two parts related to TAX returns, of which I have never filed, as I have never earned any money in the USA, my money is earned through the UK and as such IRS states I do not need to file a tax retrn, however NVC were not satisfied with this, as I left TAX return section blank and explained on a continuation sheet and provided evidence that tax return is not applicable. The other part was the fact that I did not sum two figures and enter the total into a box.

I sent again, they received but as of yet they have yet to review.

Ty SINGJAY , Will pray for your husband for next Thursday. My date to fly is now on the 27th of this month Yayyyy. Yes keep us informed always happy to hear of others going through the process as it helps others as it has us.

A year long journey but Praise God he just always blessing those whom walk with Him . :)

I believe consulates typically schedule interviews once a month, anyone has otherwise experience meaning consulates scheduling interviews twice a month? My case was completed on Dec 20th, so just missed the train of getting scheduled for the interview end of December, I may now get an interview for March but anyone had otherwise experience or knowledge that I may still get scheduled for February?

2013-10-15: Received Case number, IIN, Beneficiary number

2013-10-17: Received AOS and IV visa fee invoice email and paid both.

2013-10-21: AOS Fee status changed to PAID.

2013-10-21: IV Fee status changed to PAID. DS-260 is available.

2013-10-26: AOS Docs sent/IV Docs sent/DS-260 Submitted Online.

2013-10-28: NVC received the docs in the morning(Based on Fedex tracking).

...so maybe the cut off for feb interview was dec 18....!!

na BillyK with Dec 19 CC was scheduled for a Feb interview, so may be it was 19th Dec and I missed the train by a day for Mumbai consulate in India :(

We've got our case completed on Jan. 14!!!! dancin5hr.gifgood.gif I've called them today, and was so exited to heat the good news!!!

Just one strange thing... When I asked NVC representative if we should expect to get interview date at the end of this month, she told me "We can not say exactly. First you should wait to get your visa available and than we will schedule our interview date". Did anyone hear something like this? My P.D. is current for a while....

Anyway I hope for March interview in Kyiv, Ukraine!

I believe consulates typically schedule interviews once a month, anyone has otherwise experience meaning consulates scheduling interviews twice a month? My case was completed on Dec 20th, so just missed the train of getting scheduled for the interview end of December, I may now get an interview for March but anyone had otherwise experience or knowledge that I may still get scheduled for February?

Not for F2A but they do it for IR1/CR1 cases. They don't seem to follow the once a month "rule" for IR/CR.

oh damn i see the interviews are usually scheduled one months after IL. I just sent AOS package today and was hoping that if there is no checklist i can have March interview but now i see that i can get April interview earliest if i get lucky cray5ol.gif Or do you guys think March is possible (see my signature for dates)? (hope dies last)

July 11, 2013 - NOA 1

September 12, 2013 - Transfer to Nebraska

September 20, 2013 - Case touched

November 14, 2013 - NOA 2

Case shipped to DOS - November 19, 2013

NVC Stage

December 11, 2013 - NVC received my case

December 30, 2013 - NVC case number issued

January 2, 2013 - NVC issued invoice number

January 13, 2013 - DS261 filled out

January 15, 2013 - AOS invoice received and paid

January 17, 2013 - AOS package sent

January 21, 2014 - Fed ex delivered package (NVC confirmed receipt on 22nd)

January 21, 2014 - IV fee invoice received and paid

January 22, 2014 - IV documents sent (payment in process but cleared from bank)

January 23, 2014 - submitted DS260 form, iv documents delivered per fedex (24th per NVC)

February 12, 2014 - received fake checklist for IV package

February 21, 2014 - Case completed (by phone)

April 2, 2014 - Called and got interview date May 13, 2014

May 13, 2014 - Counsel needed some time to to review docs

May 27, 2014 - Interview round two and visa approved

June 2, 2014 - Visa pick up date
